Astrology, as it is commonly practiced today, is a far cry from the science it once was. Humanity has lost sacred knowledge many times in it's short sad history-the burning of the library at Alexandria is a notable example. It remains improvable, improbable, erroneous and a mushy intuitive art at best.
Suspend your well-placed skepticism for a paragraph or two. Let your intuition translate modern astrology into a return to that knowledge of the ancient science. Seek to understand the relation between the constellations and our solar system, harmonics, cycles and the music of the spheres which informs humanity as to the basic interrelations which govern and control the phenomenal and subjective worlds.
Before you came into this reality, you applied for a slice of time the moment you were born. At the precise time of your birth, the stars, the planets, moon, and sun were in a specific configuration. Within that moment were written certain probabilities, specific opportunities, and distinct challenges.
Again, these things such as your planetary motions cause NOTHING. They are REFLECTIVE of changes already going on within you.

And an interpretation of the whole thing. |
After downloading the software and unzipping it, launch the ap ASTROLOG. From the Info menu select set chart info. Enter your information and voila! If you're not an astrologer, it's not going to make sense, so print it out or save the settings as your birth day. You'll have something like this.
